Tap a square to fill in a day
Most habit trackers ask for more than they give back.
An email, a password, a verification link and a fourteen-field form — before you have tracked a single day. HabitGraph inverts that order.

Three kinds of habit. Try each one.
Not everything worth tracking is a checkbox. A target you count towards and a day you stayed away are both habits, and both belong on the same graph.
- Schedules that bend
- Daily, chosen weekdays, every few days, or a count per week or month. A habit set to three times a week keeps its streak on any three days.
- Skips that do not punish you
- Mark a day as deliberately skipped and your streak survives it. If you would rather it broke, that is one setting away.
- Pause without losing history
- Pause a habit while you travel or recover. Paused days are excluded from your rates instead of counting as misses.
Read before bed
Every day
A simple habit is done or it is not. One tap settles the day, and the square fills in.
Drink water
2 of 8 glasses
A measurable habit counts towards a target. Partial progress is shown as a partly filled square, because two glasses out of eight is not nothing and it is not done either.
No doomscrolling
12 day streak
An avoidance habit succeeds by not happening. You claim the day at the end of it, and the streak counts the days you stayed away.
It works before you sign up, because it does not need you to.
An account is an upgrade you choose later, not a toll you pay first.
