Using the service

HabitGraphis provided free of charge. You may use it for personal habit tracking. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, access other people's accounts, or use automated means to place unreasonable load on it.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your data from the server.

Your content

Your habits, notes and history remain yours. Using the service grants no ownership over them, and they are used only to provide the features you are using. Export tools are provided so you can take a full copy at any time.

Availability and data loss

The service is offered as it is, without warranty of any kind. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued.

Data held only on your device cannot be recovered by anyone if that device is lost, reset, or has its browsing data cleared. Keeping your own exports is the reliable way to protect a history you care about.

Not medical advice

HabitGraph is a self-tracking tool. It does not provide medical, psychological or health advice, and nothing in it should be treated as a substitute for a qualified professional.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rojan Acharya is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss of data.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
